If you ever crave purple bliss balls, simply add some blueberries to the mix. I also added hemp seeds to increase the nutritional value. These taste so amazing right out of the freezer.
Blueberry Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
28 pitted dates, soak in warm water to soften for 5 minutes
1/2 cup shredded coconuts
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats, blend to make into flour
1 cup frozen blueberries, defrosted
Additional shredded coconuts for coating
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and roll into balls. Coat with shredded coconuts then put them in an airtight container and keep in the freezer for 3-4 hours, until firm.
