Made this little art in the picture for my older daughter for this year’s valentine because I always want her to remember that she can do anything she sets her mind to and I will be right behind her cheering her on. I can see how it will also help me whenever I doubt my ability Hope you will always remember to believe in yourself, too

Happy Valentine’s Day!
This year’s treat is chocolate covered berry bliss balls using berry powder from Pure Synergy which is packed with antioxidants.
Chocolate Covered Berry Bliss Balls
Makes about 16
Ingredients:26 dates, soak in warm water to soften for 5 minutes and drain.
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup hempseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp pink salt
2 Tbsp berry powder
Extra shredded coconut to cover at the end.
Direction:
Melt chocolate of your choice by putting the chocolate in a heat safe glass or mixing bowl and dipping the bowl in boiled water. I used Lily’s Original dark chocolate (vegan).
Mix the ingredients in a food processor until sticky dough forms. Roll into balls.
Coat them with the melted chocolate then put them on a lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle some shredded coconut and roll them to coat evenly.
Put them in freezer for 30 minutes then taste test 1 or 2 then store them in a container back in the freezer until ready to serve.
My daughter enjoyed dipping the balls in the melted chocolate and could not wait to enjoy the leftover chocolate.
