This dinner from last week was delicious & satisfying. My family said they would like to eat it everyday. So extreme but I guess that’s a compliment which I didn’t expect.
Feel Good Mashed Potatoes
Steam about 6 medium size potatoes, transfer to a mixing bowl and mash.
Season with the following using a spatula or wooden spoon:
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2-3 Tbsp plant milk
Bacon Tempeh
Ingredients:
1 block of organic tempeh, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp gluten free tamari
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp smoked paprika
Direction:
Marinade the sliced tempeh & bake at 350F for 30 minutes turning once.
Sauteed veggies seasoned with gluten free tamari & dijon mustard.
