Making juice is Mia & my new Monday morning routine.
I think it’s funny how things work sometimes because juicing wasn’t part of my routine this year but unexpectedly it’s become part of it again since Mia showed interest in making it. So we now do it, not daily like I used to but weekly. I personally think it’s not a must to do every day once your body is in a good place but it’s nice to do once a week. And having this new routine as part of Monday morning feels nice as doing something good for the body at the start makes you feel ready for the week & help put your mind in a positive place.
What I’m reminded from this is the importance of being open to changes. We can sometimes be so set in our ways that we may resist changes when they come upon us. Instead, it’s nice to be flexible and see how the new change(s) might fit into our lives because I think everything happens for a good reason.
Here is a picture of the ingredients of the juice. Not shown are 2 pieces of ginger I juiced at the end to mix in mine. Ginger is too much for little Mia.
I use the Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer. My 1st juicer was Breville. I like my current one because it is easier to clean which is important for me as a mom.
