Ever since I saw one of the Instagram friends shared her banana bread made with strawberries, that’s how I’ve been making mine now and it’s a big hit with my family.
I love strawberry banana smoothie, so this combination simply made sense. Thank you for the inspiration @healthybodyspiritnmind!
Strawberry Banana Cake
Ingredients:
4 bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup gluten free oat flour (I blend oats)
1+1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup strawberries, chopped
Some strawberry slices for topping
Direction:
Mix everything together and bake at 400F in a lined baking pan for 45 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. Slice and enjoy!
